I would like to thank you for taking the time to review this proposal.  Let me start by telling you a little about what we are doing. I had a son born with several Medical Problems, Hemangioma, Tethered Cord with Lipoma and some Genital Abnormalities. We have made several trips to NY for treatments, One surgery in Charlotte and More to come.  So many people came forward, especially the biker community and helped us, we are devoted to helping others. We are having our motorcycle events and Rally to help others.  Some the ways we are doing this is with fundraisers such as Benefit Rides, Drawings and our Annual Bike Event “The Rally at the River”.  Which a portion of the proceeds go the Charity or a Charity. All the Proceeds from the Benefit Ride go to  charity. However, we need sponsors to make this happen.

The Charity of Choice this year is Jeff Gordon’s Children’s Hospital.

We are currently looking for Sponsors for Our 2009 Rally at the River, this Rally will have Live Music, Vendors, Food and Beer; along with other events to entertain the people.  One of the Bands we are using is “Charity Case” out of Charlotte, NC.  The amazing thing about this band is that the Band Members or Their Help receive no pay, all of the Money they receive, goes to a charity of theirs, so we are all helping each other, help children.  This Event is not like all Biker Events, we thrive to keep ours more family oriented, No Nudity, Plenty of Security to include Police officers and events for everyone.

We have a growing  web site that helps  get the word out along with Many supporters of Us,  Our My space account and many family and friends. Our website is www.rallyattheiver.com.   Our My space is www.myspace.com/rallyattheriver.

We need sponsors to Sponsor the Overall Event, Our Bands, Our Bike Show, Supplies, Door Prizes, Wrist Bands, T-Shirts, Web-Site, Office Space, Tents and Portable Buildings, Banners and Signs for the Event, Portable Toilets, The Benefit Ride, Our Bike Rodeo and other entertainment and Events as we get the funding.  We have plenty of options available, I would like to sit and talk with you and see what type of sponsorship you can help with and what we can give you in Return. In 2008, we had a billboard (Which is still up and directs people to our Website).  Got a lot of talk on the Radio from Charity Case, The singer is a DJ at Kiss 95.1 in Charlotte.  Great crew at that station, they do a lot for others.

 As a sponsor for our Event, you will be given free passes to the Event (Number Based on Amount), Free Vendor Space, Free Drinks and Food at the Sponsor Tent for you and your Guest with Sponsor Passes.  We will list you on our site as a sponsor.  Certificate of Appreciation will be given. 

Depending on amount of sponsor, the following is also offered. Banners Hung up at location, Announcements thanking our sponsors and what they have sponsored. Such as “Charity Case” Presented by, and so on.  This can be discussed to fit your needs and get the exposure you need.  We have many options of Advertising for you and/or your company.

This is our Second Event, we feel the first was a great success in many ways.  This event should grow as the Years come.  We are expecting a large crowd for this 4 Day event in 2009. In total, we are expecting 15,000 – 20,000 people at this event. A large amount of people on Sat, May 29^th and 30^th to see the Headlining bands.  If you have any questions, please Call without hesitation. We can discuss it in person or on the phone.
